John D’Aniello is a seasoned professional and life-long business owner, boasting an impressive career that began at the age of 18 in 1986 and bringing a wealth of knowledge to First Choice Business Brokers. From humble beginnings in a 1-bay garage equipped with just one air compressor, John embarked on a remarkable journey.

Over the course of 39 years, John demonstrated an exceptional knack for growth and leadership. Starting with modest resources, he expanded his ventures to encompass three locations, ultimately focusing on two large facilities that achieved remarkable success, boasting annual sales of $10 million and providing employment opportunities for a team of 40 dedicated individuals.

In June of 2023, John strategically decided to transition out of his businesses by selling to Auto Body Consolidators while retaining ownership of his business properties, a move that secured additional income streams and showcased his astute business acumen. 

John learned about the buying and selling of businesses and the methods and procedures firsthand, and knew he could transfer that knowledge into the Business Brokerage world and help others achieve the same success.

Throughout his extensive career, John honed a plethora of skills and qualities that greatly contributed to his success. A lifelong learner, he possesses a wealth of expertise that spans various domains, from business management to industry-specific insights.

Beyond his professional pursuits, John finds solace and joy in various activities. He cherishes moments with his friends and family, relishes time at the gym, indulges his passion for golfing, biking, and boating, and harbors a deep appreciation for classic cars, as well as all things automotive. Additionally, he is an avid hockey enthusiast.
