After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University and Temple University law school, Dan made his career as an attorney and businessman serving the needs of the community, creating jobs, and facilitating international networks. He left private practice in 2006 to venture into the business world, owning various entities with operations extending across North America.

As the franchise co-owner (with his brother) in the Philadelphia region, Dan has cultivated relationships with customers and financiers across the US and beyond, providing sellers with both local and international reach to access the greatest number of qualified buyers.
